Leroy Carson, Jr./Success Looks Like Me™ and Boxed Businesses, Inc.

Leroy Carson, Jr. is a social entrepreneur and business developer. He currently is founder and president of Success Looks Like Me™ Mentorship Program and Boxed Businesses, Inc. In both organizations he seeks to empower others to meet their true potential.  Success Looks Like Me™ Mentorship initiative is a dynamic adolescent  development program creating exposure for at-risk youth to some of Atlanta’s most powerful and successful business leaders. The list of participants is truly an A-List of Who’s-Who in Atlanta’s top leadership. Boxed Businesses, Inc. is a business development organization dedicated to drive businesses success and creating new entrepreneurs through replicated business models like; franchising, licensing, agencies, dealerships and distributorships.

Leroy has over 22 years of sales, service and operations leadership experience within service organizations. His experiences include; InterContinental Hotels Group, PepsiCo and Hyatt Hotels. He also has an extensive background in eCommerce having enabled the first business models in the digital economy with the worlds former leader of electronic reservations (Worldspan). He helped launch Expedia, Orbitz and Priceline. His business travels has taken him to; England, Germany, Ireland, Argentina, Canada and throughout the United States.

Learning and teaching others is part of his passion. He currently holds undergraduate degrees from Johnson & Wales University, an MBA from the Michael J. Coles School of Business at Kennesaw State University and has taken some doctorial classes at both Argosy University and the nationally ranked Mandel School of Business at CASE Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio. He has provided community service through board participation to include: three boards at Kennesaw State University, an advisory board at Atlanta Metro College, The First Invictus Fund (Omega Psi Phi), National Black MBA and the PTA at his son’s elementary school.

His life’s ambition is to be a great father, respected son and an enabler of people to meet their truest potential.
